Weare in desperate need for the following vollunteer postions 2b filled.

1~Volluntteer Champion~ Duties are to oversee, co-ordinate and make sure that our othervollunteers are well taken care of.
This year I want to do something really cool by recruiting Masssage people to trade free admission for massages at our vollunteer party, for all our vollunteers.
OurVollunteer chamion would need to startthese dialouges , co-ordinate communications and position coverage for the night of and make sure each of our vollunters knows where and when to be. This is a thankless job but one I think is the most important of our event.

2 ~Sound Gurengineer~ Since we have moved away from useing night clubs we have to bring our own sound and that means having our own staff to deal with sound.
Wehave one Power mixer and PA Speakers alrready with aMixer but we still need someone who either knows how to run this equiptment (Not only am I not very good at it, but the night of I am running around to much to monitor it) and take the leadin helping us acuire and install that stuff that pro's use and us amatures only dram about. Our DJ's work hard, they deserve someone who knows their stuff.

3. Mad Scientist Bartenders/Bareistas~ At the very least we will have a mad scientist Bar serving an assorrtment of glow drinks. This will probably be a non -alcholic bar but good bar people are a precious comodity. Experience is not nessesary but anyone who has run a bar knows, it ain't easy.

4. ~Greeters~ the door is our first place to set the tone. You scocial butterfly out there are is great demand.

5~ Flyer/Map Champions~ Every year, our best sorce of awareness is our posted city flyers. Kepping track of where ther are we have learned is of great concern. People who can take our flyers to the right spots is one of those giant resources that we really need.

6~ MC~ Blacklight Fashion Show Champion~ we really need someone who will be agressive about recruiting (actually inviteing specific people) to participate in our fashio show and then the night of, host the pagent. You will have a team of assistants the night of to round people up and help escort on and off stag but ultimately the Blacklight Fashion Champion really shapes the show with who the convince to participate.

7~Blacklight Ranger Champion~ Our version of a security/community helper team. easy enough job with this crowd but mostly keeping people away from off limits areas, taking care of anyone who gets too high and needs help or just people who need a a helping hand.

8~ Vidiographer/photographer champion ~ Everyyear we do a really bad job of documenting this event and this year I hope we can break that trend.
